St. Davids Golf Club hosted the first round of the AB Senior/Super Senior Championship. It was a difficult test for the competitors. Karen Siegel, Commonwealth National Golf Club, will take an impressive 10 shot lead into the second round next week. She carded a 69 with 3 bogeys and 4 birdies. Liz Haines (Merion) is in second at 79. The second round will take place next Thursday, September 22 at Lehigh Country Club.
