In a tournament that was cut short due to wet weather over the weekend, Karen Siegel (Commonwealth) made the most of the one round she had to win the Mary Thayer Farnum Cup. Her 2-under 70 at Sunnybrook Golf Club was near perfection, and earned her a 4 shot victory over runner-up, Samantha Perrotta (Philmont). Wilmington’s Josephine Wellons earned low net honors with a net 70.
