Time: 8:30 A.M. Shotgun Start
Format: Better Ball of Partners
Registration: Thursday, May 11th at 8:00 a.m. to Tuesday, May 30th at 6:00 p.m.
This event is open to all Class A players in the WGAP. Indexes must total 10 or more between partner’s. Partners do not need to be from the same club. Play will be in foursomes. Limited to the first 50 twosomes. Handicaps will be used as of Thursday, May 11th for the event.
ALL YOUR INFORMATION AND PARTNER’S INFORMATION MUST BE FILLED IN ON THE SIGN-UP FORM TO PROCESS REGISRTATION. All fields must be filled in.
Lunch will be provided after the round and will be charged back to your club. Please indicate when you register if you will be attending lunch or not.
All guests will take a caddie or a golf cart. Cart fee is $45. Caddie fee is $100 per bag paid cash directly to the caddie.

Format: Teams will be composed of 4 players with a handicap index of 15.5 or lower as of May 21st. The handicap used for the tournament will be the player’s lowest index from the past 12 months. The best 3 of 4 scores will count towards the team score. The lowest team score will be the winner. Prizes for individual Low Gross and Low Net will be awarded.
Cost: $240 per team – includes continental breakfast, course refreshments and lunch.
Payment: One check mailed to PGA Director of Golf, Jim Smith Jr.

Caddies: All players 65 and under are required to walk and use a caddie. The fee is $90 per caddie (includes tip).
Carts: Players 65+ will be able to use a cart ($40) and take a forecaddie ($50).
Entries: Entries open on Sunday, May 21st at 7 am by emailing email@example.com. Any emails before 7am will not be accepted. We are accepting 20 teams and there will be a wait list if necessary.

PRIZES: Overall Champion, Runner-Up, First and Second Low Net, West Course Low Gross and Low Net, East Course Low Gross and Low Net.
Your 6/30/23 index will be used.
DRESS CODE: Skirts, shorts, and skorts, may not be shorter than 3 inches above the knee. All shirts must have collars. No leggings.
We are limiting players to the first 60 registrants. You may sign up with a partner or we will pair you. If you sign up with a partner, she will have to submit her own entry form. Carts only on the West Course. Caddies will carry double on the East Course.
Your cart fee, food, and beverages can be charged back to your home club account. A complimentary light breakfast will be provided at both courses. However, as our caddies are independent contractors, they must be paid in cash. The fee for a caddie on the East Course is $125 per person. You may pay more if you wish. Please bring this cash with you. If you choose to play with a specific partner, please put her name in the space provided. HOWEVER, SHE MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETED ENTRY FORM.
