Cart Payments for Team Events » If you are playing in one of our team events, you will select your partner(s) from the dropdown box as you have done in the past. The only change is that you MUST check the appropriate boxes (“cart” or “caddie” for each player, and “lunch” for anyone staying), then you MUST pay for both (all) carts at the time of registration and handle your reimbursement from your partner(s) in whatever way works best for you.
CART & CANCELLATION POLICIES » NEW - Cart Payment Policy: To increase efficiency for all clubs that are so graciously hosting our events, WGAP is billing for carts upon tournament registration. If using a cart, you MUST check the “cart” box. You will then be taken to a payment page where your cart fee will be listed and you will enter your Visa or Mastercard information to process the payment. You will no longer need to sign in with the pro shop on the day of the event, so you can spend more time warming up!
If the event has caddies and you want to request one, you must check the “caddy” box. You will pay cash for your caddy on the day of the event.
NEW - Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations within 7 days of the tournament will result in a partial refund (You will be refunded your cart fee minus a $10 administrative fee). Please call or email the golf office about refunds.
NEW - Registration Times: All tournament registrations are now online only and open at 6 AM on the first day of registration and close at 11:59 PM on the last day of registration.
NEW -Tee times: Tee times will be posted as soon as possible after registration closes. Please be sure to check your tee time again the day before the event as changes are sometimes unavoidable.
Thank you for your continued support as we strive to make your experience more enjoyable.
WGAP's Value » We have a slight increase in 2015 dues due to increased technology costs, the greater sophistication of our tournaments from registration to live scoring, enhancement and expansion of member services and the 2015 course rating license renewal. WGAP continues to be an extraordinary value and some say the "best deal in America!" Thank you for your continued support.
2015 MEMBERSHIP » Online Membership Registrations open on January 2nd and are available at anytime during the season. New members must call the golf office before registering.
We have gone green in 15! So online it is! Your username is your GHIN # without any hyphens and the generic password is wgap 2010. If you changed that password, you will need to use the one you selected. Please contact the golf office if you need any assistance.
Now that you are on the Home Page, go to the "Membership" tab to “pay dues online”. Log in and that will bring you to your profile page. Please fill in all information including your Date of Birth. Push "save profile" and it will take you to the next screen. Push "register" button on that page and it will take you to the payment page where you can process your payment. After your payment processes successfully, please press the “continue” button which alerts us to send an email confirmation and an email with a printable membership card. If still have a problem, call the golf office and I will be happy to help.
